EULA - End User License Agreement

JDEBUGTOOL(R) SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
COMPLETE VERSION

BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON BELOW, YOU WILL DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE
JDEBUGTOOL(R) SOFTWARE JAVA DEBUGGER (THE "SOFTWARE"). BY DOING SO, OR
OTHERWISE INSTALLING, COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS
OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "NO" BUTTON AND/OR DO NOT INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE
USE THE SOFTWARE.

If you have downloaded the Evaluation version of the Software from a site
authorized by debugtools.com LLC, you are granted a non-exclusive license for the
Evaluation version for a period of 30 days free of charge subject to the
terms of this Agreement. At the end of such 30 day period, your license for the
Evaluation version will terminate. You must then purchase a license for the
Software to continue using it. If you do not purchase a license for the
Software, you agree to delete and remove all copies of the Software from your
computer.

If you have downloaded the complete version of the Software from a site
authorized by debugtools.com LLC and paid the licensing fee, you are granted a
perpetual, non-exclusive end user license for the complete version of the
Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

REGARDLESS OF WHICH VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE, THE FOLLOWING
PROVISIONS SHALL APPLY:

Your license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms of
this Agreement. You agree to delete and remove all copies of the Software from
your computer if your license terminates.

The license granted to you by this Agreement allows one natural person (and one
only) to use the Software. If you desire to allow another user to run the
Software regardless of which machine the other person uses, you must purchase an
additional license or licenses for each user. You may not transfer the software
to other users.

You acknowledge that (i) the Software is protected under copyright laws, (ii)
you have no right, title or interest in the Software other than the license
granted above, and (iii) you have no right, title or interest whatsoever in the
confidential information and trade secrets embodied in the Software.

You may not, under any circumstances:

A. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software;
B. Modify the Software in any way;
C. Distribute or publish copies of the Software or resell, lease, rent,
transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
D. Create derivative works based upon the Software; or
E. Attempt in any way to falsify the licensing file and/or or bypass the
licensing procedures for the Software.

You are advised to backup all programs and data before using the Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU AGREE THAT DEBUGTOOLS.COM LLC HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
REGARDING THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ERROR
FREE OPERATION. YOU ACCEPT THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES PAYABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM
ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR YOUR
LICENSE. DEBUGTOOLS.COM LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR LOST
PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER DEBUGTOOLS.COM LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Software may not be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported into any
country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, to a national or resident of such
counties, or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's List of Specially
Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders. By
downloading or using the Software, you are representing and warranting that you
are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such
country or on any such list.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and debugtools.com LLC
with respect to the licensing of the Software.

Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration
conducted in Austin, Texas by a panel of three arbitrators under the rules and
procedures of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").

The substantive laws of the State of Texas govern this Agreement. Any action
arising out of or related to this Agreement (other than arbitration) may only
be brought in the courts of applicable jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas,
and you submit to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If any provision
of this Agreement is found invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions.

In any legal action or arbitration relating to this Agreement, the prevailing
party shall recover from the other party all costs of litigation or arbitration,
including reasonable attorneys fees.
